Step 1

Setup & Weekly Prep (Do this first)

1

Set your habit anchor

Connect your practice to an existing daily routine so you never have to rely on raw willpower alone. For example: after morning coffee, before checking LinkedIn, or after dinner.

2

Claim your spot in Notion

Add your Name, Daily habit anchor, and Week 1 Focus (Pair + Topic) on the tracking board.

Open Notion Tracker → The table is editable by all — send Meesh a message if you run into any access issues.
3

Queue materials for the entire week

Find and bookmark 1–3 speeches or videos for your chosen topic today. Pre-selecting your week's material now means you won't waste practice time browsing every day.

Step 2

Daily Practice Workflow

1

Start with the 2-minute rule

Begin with 2 minutes of shadowing from your queued speech. This is your low-friction gateway habit to warm up your brain without cognitive overload (2 minutes is the minimum; expand once momentum kicks in).

2

Interpret & record

Do your run (simultaneous or consecutive). Record your audio output.

3

Analyze

Review your recording or transcript, log new terminology, or polish delivery points.

4

Check in & log

React or reply to the daily WhatsApp message, and tick off your completed session on the Notion tracker.

The Golden Rule

Consistency beats intensity

If you have an exhausting day and don't have 30 minutes, do just 2 minutes of shadowing. That still counts as a completed session and keeps the streak alive!
